- NAICS Code: 334518 The U.S. EPA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, with Primex Incorporated to supply the following: 1) Four Hundred and Fifty (450) 12.5-inch Face Diameter Black Traditional Series Wireless Clocks, compatible with EPA?s existing Primex Wireless, 72 MHz GPS Synchronized Wireless Clock System, which uses a 5-Watt Command Point Wireless Transmitter. 2) Fifty (50) 12.5-inch Face Diameter Silver Tone Metal Traditional Series Wireless Clocks compatible with EPA?s existing Primex Wireless, 72 MHz GPS Synchronized Wireless Clock System, which uses a 5-Watt Command Point Wireless Transmitter. Primex Incorporated is the only known vendor of wireless clocks compatible with EPA?s existing Primex Wireless, 72 MHz GPS Synchronized Wireless Clock System, which uses a 5-Watt Command Point Wireless Transmitter. Subsequently, U. S. EPA has determined Primex Incorporated to be the only vendor capable of supplying the clocks. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, any firm believing itself capable of supplying Wireless Clocks, compatible with EPA?s existing Primex Wireless, 72 MHz GPS Synchronized Wireless Clock System, which uses a 5-Watt Command Point Wireless Transmitter, may submit appropriate documentation within 10 calendar days of electronic posting of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses received will normally be considered solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis.
