Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION. The United States General Services Administration is contemplating award of a contract to provide continuous chilled water service to the heat exchanger (s) at the following buildings; Edward A. Garmatz U.S. Federal Courthouse, 100 S. Hanover Street, Fallon Federal Office Building, 31 Hopkins Plaza, U.S. Customs House, 40 S. Gay Street, Appraiser?s Store, 103 S. Gay Street and the Metro West Federal Office Building, 400 N. Greene Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The contractor shall be responsible to install, own, operate and maintain facilities including metering systems, isolation heat exchanger, piping and valves necessary to provide continuous chilled water service to the aforementioned buildings. Required capacity is estimated to be approximately 5,000 tons. The Government anticipates award of a 5-year base period with a 5-year option period to be exercised at the Government?s discretion.
