- Description
- The work includes a new modified bitumen roof of approximately 315,906 sf over the main roof structure including flashing, expansion joints, and other related components. Replacing some roof drains and leaders. Also, raising approximately 110 smoke vents. Cost range: $2,250,000 - $2,625,000 Const. time: 210 calendar days. The subcontracting goals for this contract is a minimum of 10% for minority-owned businesses, a minimum of 40% small business enterprises and minimum of 7% for women-owned businesses in accordance with solicitation Section H. 20. This information is exempt from disclosure under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Exemption 4.
