- DISA/DITCO, 2300 East Drive, Bldg 3600, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406 intends to issue a IDIQ contract. (i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. (ii) The solicitation number will be HC1013-07-T-0101. (iii) This will be solicited as a Limited Source procurement (Name Brand). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513. (iv) This requirement is to provide Software, Aperture Vista 500C license, implementation, data collection, travel (Not To Exceed $75,000.00), maintenance (Gold Program) and training. The Period of Performance is a Base year of 12 months, and two (one year) option periods. (v) Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance and support shall submit a quote electronically to email address: tina.book@disa.mil. (ix) Quotes are due 4:30 PM, CST, 09 July 2007. (x) Contact information regarding this solicitation; Contract Specialist - Tina Book, Phone: 618-229-9221. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price ID/IQ purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The justification detailing the government?s essential need for Aperture software is attached. Attachments: Justification letter, SOW, SOW Amendment, Price Model and Equipment ? anticipated locations for Base Year and Option Year.
