- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. ALL ELIGIBLE SDVOSB FIRMS MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Western Federal Lands Highway Division intends to conduct a competitive procurement for a contractor to provide Information Technology (IT) Support Services. Support services will be provided on-site at 610 East Fifth Street, Vancouver WA and may require occasional travel to remote project sites in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. Travel for off-site conferences and training may also be required. Support for agency offices at other locations such as Central Federal Lands (CFL) located in Lakewood, CO, and Eastern Federal Lands (EFL) located in Arlington, VA may be required on a case by case basis. Required services include but are not limited to Desktop support services, Help Desk services, work infrastructure support, Web page development, Server and Networking support, Computer Aided Drafting software support, database management, IT warehouse operations, hardware/hardwire services, telecommunications services and software programming support. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals for evaluation. Award will be made utilizing the Best Value source selection procedures to the responsible firm whose proposal is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code is 541513, and the size standard is $23 Million. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the solicitation. Total dollar value of all task orders placed on the contract will not exceed the total value of $20 Million. Individual task orders will vary in anticipated size and may be Firm Fixed Price or Labor Hour. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $500,000.00 and will be ordered in the base period. The anticipated period of performance will be a TWO year base period with THREE TWO year option periods for a potential ordering period of 8 years. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the web page for any amendments to this solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Registration information for CCR may be obtained by phoning 1-888-227-2423 or by accessing the Internet website at http://www.ccr.gov.
