Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PLEASE READ THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE AND THE ENTIRE S OLICITATION. This announcement constitutes notice of the solicitation posting. The Solicitation is available on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and the USAMRAA web site www.usamr aa.army.mil. Only electronic responses to this Solicitation will be accepted. All proposals must be submitted through the ASFI web site. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their proposals arrive prior to the due date/time. Proposals not submitted th rough ASFI will be considered as non-responsive. Questions are due no later than 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 20 August 2007, and MUST be submitted in writing. Proposals are due no later than 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Friday, 31 August 2007. Separa te proposals are to be submitted for Technical and Cost. Limit the Technical Proposal to a maximum of fifty (50) pages, exclusive of resumes. Cost Proposal shall contain a listing of Labor Categories and their hourly rates for the Base Year and for Each of the Option Years. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE HONORED.
