- The USDA Forest Service has a requirment for the construction of a parking lot and boardwalk on the Francis-Marion National Forest in South Carolina. Project site is approximately 15 miles north of Charleston, SC. Site Visit is scheduled for 9 Aug 2007 at 10:00 AM.
