- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 811490. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $6.5 Mil. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This is a commercial request for Alterations of USAF Thunderbird Squadron personnel uniforms. Alteration schedules can not be preditced thus this solicitation will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement. More than 1 source may be considered for the agreement. Vendor must be readily available for members to bring uniforms in and/or take measurements. Quotes should be in the following format: Price for each item independently. Award is on a Best Value basis. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: technical capability price and delivery schedule. The award shall be made in the aggregate.
