Description: NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. This project requirement is to replace exterior door and open door indication system, Bldg 704 at Camp Zama. Site visit orientation is scheduled for 23 Aug 07, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Main Gate, Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan at 0945 hrs on the same date (All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tour). Maximum participants from each offeror shall be limited up to 3 persons (Advance notice to POC is needed NLT 20 Aug 07, 1600 hours (Local Time)). See the POC info below
