Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academys notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Carnegie Mellon University, 5000 Forbes Avenue, WH 403, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, to provide website services for diagnostic social network analysis and custom software modifications to Organizational Risk Analyzer (ORA), a proprietary social network software package owned by the International Software Research Institute (ISRI) at Carnegie Mellon University, in support of an Army Rese arch Institute sponsored project to collect and analyze social network data on 24 participants in the Eisenhower Leadership Development Program at the U. S. Military Academy. The estimated award amount is $45,000.00. The statutory authority for other tha n full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 611310 and the size standard is $6.5M. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. There will be no solicitation available.
