Description

The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Stanley Security Solutions, Inc. for Card Access Maintenance at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Stanley Security Solutions Inc. is an au thorizd LENEL dealer and installed the initial system. LENEL will not authorize another LENEL dealer to work on an existing system if the original company is available and capable. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government n ot to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you must respond by August 10, 2007, 3:00 p.m. EST. Your Responses may be submitted via e-mail.
