Description

Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to perform the work specified in this contract. Work at Mica Bay Boater Park shall include the removal of existing wood docks, wood piling, gangways, and three 5'x5' concrete approaches and replacing with Contractor-Furnished concrete bulkhead, aluminum gangways, and a wood pier with a concrete approach and helical foundation system. Wood docks and steel piling shall be Government-Furnished property. Government-Furnished material shall be delivered to the site and installed by the Contractor per these specifications. Wooden gangways shall be salvaged according to this contract. Work under this Contract is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Work at the Mica Bay Boater Park is located approximately six miles southwest of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho at 8868 S. Loffs Bay Road. Performance Period is 120 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 27, 2007.
