- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00189-07-Q-P709 is issued as a request for quote. Note 22 applies: negotiations are being conducted with J B Nottingham, DBA Duraline Div., Islandia, NY 11749. Item 0001: Light Streamer; 25 foot (FT) AWG 12/3 SOOW Black cable W/2.5 FT leads with 3M20 Male plugs to first socket: 5 sockets on 5 FT centers: 2.5 FT tail from last socket with 3F20 Female Plug. Complete with 5 P/N 5061 Red vinyl coated wire lamp guards. Cable plugs and sockets all Black. Streamer P/N M107614-012B-025-BLK.. Qty 200 each. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Me. 03904, FOB Destination. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NACIS code is 335999. Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Robert Seaward. An original signed copy must be mailed to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Division, BLDG 153, 6th Floor, Code 533.3S, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590 and are due no later than August 16, 2007 at 12:30 PM Local time.
