Item 0003: Full Body Harness, Cross-Over, 4-D, Tongue Buckle, X Large, P/N 1103376, Qty 4 each. Item 0004: Full Body Harness, Cross-Over, 4-D, Tongue Buckle, XX Large, P/N 1103384, Qty 4 each. Item 0005: Safety Lanyard, Force II, 2-3600 #Hooks, 6FT long, P/N 1245006, Qty 4 each. Item 0006: Safety Lanyard, Force II, 2-3600 #Hooks, 3.5 FT long, P/N 1245011. QTY 4 each. Item 0007: Shock Absorbing Web Lanyard, EZ Stop II, 6 FT long, W/3600LB Gated Hook, P/N 1240006. QTY 250 each. Item 0008: Shock Absorbing Web Lanyard, EZ Stop II, 3 FT long, W/3600 LB Gated Hook, P/N 1240007, and QTY 50 each. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Me. 03904, FOB Destination. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NACIS code is 423840. Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Robert Seaward. An original signed copy must be mailed to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Division, BLDG 153, 6th Floor, Code 533.3S, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590 and are due no later than August 22, 2007 at 12:30 PM Local time.
