- The solicitation for the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) will be posted under this solicitation number on 17 Aug 2007. Because of the significant delay between the previous industry site visit and the solicitation, the Marine Corps Logistics Command Program Office will host a Pre-Proposal Conference on 30 Aug 2007 aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This conference will provide a tour of several of the facilities that will be combined under the CSP. Attendance at this conference is not a requirement for companies wishing to submit a proposal. Any briefs or other information provided by the Government during the conference will be made available to companies who do not choose to attend. The conference will be held in the Lejeune Room of the Paradise Point Officers Club, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. To assist in planning, the Program Office requests that companies intending to participate in the Pre-Proposal Conference RSVP via email to robin.walther@usmc.mil not later than 27 August 2007. Failure to RSVP does not exclude an organization from participating; the Government is only attempting to ensure that it has planned for adequate space and resources to make this conference a successful and meaningful use of valuable time.
