- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Non-DISA Services Section (DITCO/PL8312), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Inovis USA Incorporated, 11720 Amberpark Drive, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30004-2271, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The acquisition is for the renewal of maintenance services and support of DeCAs EDI system. The Contractor shall provide necessary personnel, supervision, management, materials, non-personal technical services, and equipment to perform software and systems engineering support services for DeCAs EDI system. The INOVIS EDI Web Pricing system was developed as a one-of-a-kind EDI/Web Application customized specifically for DeCA. As such, Inovis is the developer of both the Trusted Link software, related customized surround code, and the DeCA licensed web-based IVAS software, all of which are proprietary to Inovis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
