- NSN 1615-00-915-6682, PR IQC07207009024, SPM4A7-07-R-1580. This item is a Bracket, Fairing Support in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, 65302-12088 Rev M Dated 05/01/1979, P/N 65302-12088-041. This is solicited with Full and Open Competition, after exclusion of sources. The item is in accordance with drawings cited in the procurement item description. An EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. Casting / Forging may be required to manufacture this item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is not a Critical Application Item (CAI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 72 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 177 is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 1,416. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 708. This is solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is 28 August 2007. The closing date is 28 September 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
