- End Item Application: Galaxy C-5 Aircraft NSN: 5995-01-202-3083, PR 0014941190, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This NSN has two source controlled sources which are Lockheed Martin, Cage 98897, Part Number 675-183 and Endevco Corporation, Cage 95411, Part Number 675-183. This NSN is a Critical Application Item. Offerors of the products of sources other than the Government?s cited, approved sources, must comply with DLAD Clause 52.217-9002 ?Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offerors for Part Numbered Items?. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed price quantity of 112 each with a 100% option quantity. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) IAW DSCR Clause 52.215 9G05 applies. The solicitation issue date will be September 3rd 2007 and the close date will be October 3rd 2007.
