Description

THIS IS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT, The NAICS Code is 334611Software Reproducing and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The Federal Occupational Health (FOH) through the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center (PSC) intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) for Onyx Software and Maintenance. FOH has used the Onyx Software product for several years to support management of our customers and staff. This requirement is to increase the number of licenses as FOH is expanding the use of the Onyx Software product. To change to another software package would not be cost effective to the Government. FOH employees and staff have been trained to use Onyx software and FOH has spent many hours inputting data into this product so that it supports FOH's business needs. THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS OF ONLY ONE SOURCE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THIS SOFTWARE: ONYX SOTWARE CORPORATION; 1100 112TH AVE, NE, SUITE 100, BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON, 98004. The requirement includes: 20 Onyx Employee Portal Licenses and maintenance for the period of 9 months. The following terms and conditions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items (SEPT 2005) and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (FEB 2006). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE; therefore, requests for such document will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government to compete or not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received by August 20, 2007 at 12:00 PM ET, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the award to Onyx Software Corporation.
