The offeror hereby acknowledges that the data to be furnished by the Air Force furnished by THE BOIENG COMPANY in this solicitation and any resultant contract is proprietary to THE BOIENG COMPANY and contains the appropriate proprietary legend. The offeror certifies that he will observe the following data use restrictions: (1) The limited rights will be strictly observed. (2) The offeror shall be prohibited from reproducing in whole or in part any drawing so restricted except as required to bid request or full contract requirements. (3) The offeror is so prohibited from incorporating any information and features of the drawings into other documents or otherwise utilizing such information except for the performance of the bid/contract.
