Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Federal Signal Inc. for the following: Line Item 0001: 2 EA Indoor Electronic Controller without radio; P/N: UVIC. Line Item 0002: Ultra Voice Audio Relay Module; P/N: UVARM. Line Item 0003: Digital Voice Chip- Eight minute; P/N: DV480. Line Item 0004: Shipping Fees. This additional equipment is to be used on existing Federal Signal Inc equipment. This equipment is proprietary and must be compatible with the existing GVS system. No other product on the market will satisfy. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which SHALL be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 334220, Size Standard, 750 employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal. Please send any response by e-mail or to FAX number (707) 424-2712. Quotes must be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron, LGCB flight, no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on 20 Aug 2007.
