- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contract will be FFP, FOB Destination. The entire Combined Solicitation/Synopsis and all attachments can be viewed at the Fort Riley Contracting website at http://www.riley.army.mil/Services/F ort/Contracting.asp. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18, effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 Emp. You may quote bran d name or equal. If quoting equal, you shall provide literature with your quote showing equal specification. Limit your quote and literature to 5MB. Documents must be in a format that can be read by Microsoft Office2003 applications (Word, Excel, and or Po werPoint) or Adobe Acrobat. We have a requirement for upgrade of the installation base radio system (BRS). Fort Riley is requesting quotes for upgrading its M/A-COM ProVoice, trunking radio system to an APCO 25 compliant Trunking radio system. All quotes will specify a completion schedule as a part of the quote information. There are ten (10) contract lines and 2 Attachments. The entire Combined Solicitation/Synopsis and all attachments can be viewed at the Fort Riley Contracting website at http://www.riley.army.mil/Services/Fort/Contracting.asp. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means. You must be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration)(http://www.ccr.gov) and in OR CA (Online Representations and Certification Application) https://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. Award shall be made to the best value; technical, warranty, past performance, price proposal and other non price factors. You shall submit commercially availabl e literature, not to exceed 5MB, on your quote that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. All quotes will specify a completion schedule as a part of the quote information.
