Description

The U.S. Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOMAC) has a requirement for CISCO Switches and intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91CRB-07-T-0172 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 334119 with a small business size standard of 1,000. A firm fixed price type award is anticipated. All quotes are to be for brand new items, quotes for used, re-furbished, etc. items will not be accepted. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 - QTY 12, Cisco CIS-WS-G5486; CLIN 0002 - QTY 4, Cisco CIS-WS-C3750G-12S-S; CLIN 0003 - QTY 10, Cisco CIS-GLC-LH-SM; CLIN 0004 - QTY 64, Cisco CIS-GLC-SX-MM; CLIN 0005 - QTY 16, Cisco CIS-WS-C4503; CLIN 0006 - QTY 16, Cisco CSA--WS-X4013+10GE; CL IN 0007 - QTY 16, Cisco CIS-MEMC4K-U512D-SDRAM; CLIN 0008 - QTY 16, Cisco CIS-MEM-C4K-OFLD64M; CLIN 0009 - QTY 32, Cisco CIS-PWR-C45-2800ACV and CLIN 0010 - QTY 24, Cisco-CIS-WS-X4548-GB-RJ45V Required delivery is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to Rapid Equipping Force, 2286 Morrison Street, Fort Meade, MD 20755-5355. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to th is acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation of Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be provided with offer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and delivery schedule considered. Period of acceptance of offers shall be sixty (60) calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
