- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Test Pilot School has a requiement for the following item: qty 5 ea, Stick Force Dynamometer, p/n: 37010. Due to the limited availability of this product, the Government intends to negotiate with Aerophysics Research Instruments on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. These items are required to upgrade the existing equipment with the currrent measuring parameters for longitudinal & lateral stick forces These instrumented stick grips are fabricated, repaired and upgraded by Aerophysics Research Instruments..Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
