- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division intends to award a sole source contract to US Logic, Carlsbad, CA 92010 for the following item: CPU Cards, P/ N USLSBCCPU566-128, (22 ea). Delivery date is 30 Days ARO. The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 2304(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. The required equipment must be form, fit and functionally compatible with existing equipment that are components of the Navy Tactical Data System (NTDS) peripheral emulation system at Pacific Missile Range facility (PMRF) Barking sands, HI. The CPU cards are an integrated single board central processing unit which controls the Common Data Link Management System. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code is 334111, and the size standard of 1000 employees. Note 22 is applicable. Items shall be shipped FOB Destination. Delivery Date 30 Days ARO. Place of delivery is San Diego, CA 92152. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-3 ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.247-34, F.O.B. Destination; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items with the following clauses applicable to paragraph (b): 52.222-19, Child Labor Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies; 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special D isabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Central Contractor Registration. Quoters are reminded to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 ALT I with quotes. All clauses shall be incorporated by reference in the order. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a r equest for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
