Description
The General Services Administration seeks to lease contiguous (same floor) Office space which meets GSA lease criteria. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,844 rentable square feet in Salinas, California. The space should yield between 5,951 and 6,844 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet available for use by tenant, personnel, furnishings and equipment. A minimum of four (4) reserved, inside, parking spaces to be designated, Official Vehicles Only should be available for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be within the boundaries of the delineated as described below: North: Russell Rd. from Hwy101 to San Juan Grade to East Boronda East: East Boronda to Constitution Blvd. to East Laurel Dr. to Main St. to Hwy. 101 to Sanborn Rd. South: South Sanborn Rd. and East Blanco Rd. to South Main St. West: S. Main St. to Clay St. to Homestead Ave. to Central Ave. to North Main St. to Hwy. 101 and North along 101 back to Russell Rd. The proposed lease is for Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired by June 1, 2008 The offered space must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as a class A modern office building, and must be altered to meet government's requirements and must be fully serviced.
