Studley, Inc., 555 Thirteenth Street, NW, Suite 420 East, Washington, DC, 20004 Description REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking alternative sources of available office and related space for lease for approximately 3,400 ANSI/BOMA square feet. The agency requires surface parking for eleven (11) vehicles. The space will be occupied by the Department of Labor?s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. Occupancy is required by December 15, 2006. The Government will relocate from its current location if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: The cost of relocation, tenant improvement replication, and communications relocation or replacement. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years firm lease term. DELINEATED AREA: Central Business District of Bridgeport, CT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JANUARY 13, 2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Usable Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered and Rentable Rate per Square Foot. (Specifying services and utilities included) 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
