Description

This posting has been modified to change the Square Footage Requirements, the Delineated Area and the Occupancy Date as follows: The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,375 rentable square feet in or near Bellingham and/or Blaine, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,075 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space shall be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. The building must be located in or near (or between) Bellingham or Blaine, Washington within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Canadian Border East Boundary: Woburn St./Hannegan South Boundary: Cowgill Avenue West Boundary: Puget Sound The proposed lease is for five years firm with one 5-year priced renewal option and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
