- See numbered notes 26: NSN 5930-01-386-0543, Switch, Rotary. This is an RFP. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved sources. Approved source is, American Solenoid (10983). Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date, 09-04-07 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
