This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved sources. Approved source: Victor Microwave, Inc., (00416) P/N 5423691, Autodyne Manufacturing Co, Inc. (05584) P/N A-10924 and Raytheon (05716) P/N 5423691. Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on or after the issue date of 09/04/07 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
