- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, with Image Associates, Inc., 615 Davis Drive, Suite 600, Morrisville, NC 27567 for a modification to acquire Photography and Graphics Services for a period not to exceed six months to allow time to re-compete services. This action is under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1 and HHSAR 306-302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and delays in service do not make competition feasible for the extension.
