- Pre Solicitation Notice ? Magnetic card swipe system Dyess AFB, Texas, has a requirement for 1 EA Magnetic card swipe system. It is the intent of the Government to award a purchase order filling the best value to the government. NAICS Code is 561621; The size standard is $11.5M. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA4661-07-T-0063,. The RFQ will be issued on or about 16 Aug 2007 with a closing date on or about 30 Aug 07.
