Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with eProject, Inc., 1008 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA, for the acquisition of PPM6 Subscription License (100 each) and Fundamentals-2 (1 each)as developed by eProject, Inc. At the present time, the Corps of Engineers, Real Estate Division, Enhanced Use Leasing Team (EUL), requires a web based collaborative software for uploading/sharing files, calendars, documents, and sc hedules across projects internal and with their outside contractors and developers. It is crucial to their enhanced use leasing mission for outside contractors to have a web based accessible collaboration tool. The enhanced use leasing mission requires t hat data, schedules and files need to flow smoothly through organized channels in order to meet deadlines, milestones and contract obligations. The software, eProject PPM6 including training, Fundamental 2 meets all these needs. Information received in re sponse to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Govenment. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by August 24, 2007 will be considered by the Government. P.O.C.
