Description

REQUEST-FOR-QUOTATION (RFQ) The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Rocky Mountain Region is currently seeking potential contractors for a firm-fixed price purchase order for various Wildland Fire Vehicle supplies and components for the refurbishment of BIA Model 52 Wildland Fire vehicles in Dulce, New Mexico. REQUIREMENT: A. Various wildland truck/vehicle components and supplies (See Bid Schedule). B. Delivery shall be Freight-On-Board (FOB) to the BIA Model 52 Program in Dulce, New Mexico. The Cobell Litigation prohibits the BIA from Internet Access or disbursing information electronically. Prior to Award of a contract, vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and be registered with Dun and Bradstreet at http://www.dnb.com. MAILING AND CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATIONS: Due date is 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 30, 2007. Solicitation packages are ready to be mailed. To request a copy, please FAX your request to the attention of Jay Windy Boy, Contract Specialist at (406) 247-7908. This is a Simplified Acquisition requirement; the estimated procurement range for the requirement is under $100,000. This requirement is reserved for all small business concerns. Award will be made to the contractor whose subsequent quotation is the most cost-effective and advantageous to the Government in terms of cost.
