This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 20, 2007. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Full and open competition. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. Provide solid waste removal services at Joshua Tree National Park. Joshua Tree National Park, 74485 National Park Drive, Twentynine Palms, California, Soliciation Number N8335080001. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract for solid waste removal services. Contract period is for one year with four option years to be exercised by the National Park Service. A total of 88 collection containers will be utilized. Contractor will provide containers, however, in the future, government may purchase containers to replace the containers. The NAICS code for this project is 562111 and the small business size standard is $13 million.
