- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The subject solicitation, F1F3G17075A200 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-03, Effective 11 Apr 2005. (iv) The following CLINS are applicable to this solicitation: CLIN 0001 Cisco Aironet 1200 Series Bundle with AIR-PWRINJ3 Power Injector, MF PN# AIR-AP1232AG-A-K9, 12 ea.; CLIN 0002 Cisco Aironet Patch Wall Mount Antenna MF PN# AIR-ANT1729, 4 ea.; CLIN 0003 Cisco Aironet Omnidirectional Ceiling Mount Antenna, MF PN# AIR-ANT1728, 8 ea.; 0004 Shipping (please provide shipping costs via: Military consolidation point {New Cumberland, PA}, USPS, and FedEX), 1 ea. (v) The delivery address is 31 COMM/SCBBII, Bldg. 1442, Aviano AB, Italy 09603. The delivery date shall be 45 days from date the contract is awarded. (vi) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (vii) This is a brand name acquisition (Cisco Systems, Inc.) Evaluation factors are price and overall best value. The government may award to a higher priced offeror if such offeror proves to be the best overall value and is determined technically acceptable. (viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda are also attached: 52.233-3, Protest After Award, 52.247-34 -- F.o.b. ? Destination, and 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the following addenda are also applicable: FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer?Central Contractor Registration (Oct. 2003)(31 U.S.C. 3332). (x) All prospective offerors must guarantee a one (1) year warranty on all materials. (xiii) The response date for this acquisition is 14 Jun 2007, at 1700 hrs, Eastern Standard Time.
