Description

Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, intends to sole source to Gill Marketing Company, 1904 W. Parkside Lane, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85027-1232 for the purchase and installation of Flight Type, Hobart Model FT900 Dishwasher. This will be a turn key procurement, to include the equipment, installation, site preparation and warranty. This proposed contract action is for the system mentioned above, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from he General Service internet address: http://www.gover/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than August 23, 2007 to the contracting officer indicated above. See numbered note 22. No E-Mail request will be accepted.
