Description

A solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition under the guidelines of FAR Subpart 12, in support of Veterans Integrated Services Network 17 (VISN 17) through VA North Texas Health Care Systems, 4500 S Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216 for Online Medical Libraries Subscription Services will be for a base period plus four (4) option years to renew for a period of one year each, beginning October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008, Proposals must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonfire capability to fulfill the requirements. Request for proposal (solicitation number VA-257-07-RP-0074) will be issued on or about August 21, 2007 with a due date of September 04, 2007 @ 12:00 CST. NAICS code for the requirement is 516110. Size standard is 500 employees. Potential Offerors shall submit proposals to address located in Block 9 of the SF1449 of the solicitation or email a copy of proposal to belinda.cook@va.gov. Questions should be emailed to belinda.cook@.va.gov within five working days after issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions received after the 5th days will not be considered. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a wring amendment to the solicitation.
