Description: Remove existing coating on the walls and floor of an 8,858 sq. ft. concrete chilled water storage tank. Dispose of all old material. Water blast or etch the concrete walls and floor to prep the surface for the new coating material. Caulk all joints, holes, and cracks. Apply a roll coat of sealing product to act as a primer on the entire inside surface, approximately 8,858 sq. ft. Apply the product at the specified thickness to ensure there are no leaks through the walls or floor of the tank. Apply a second coat to ensure the tank is sealed. Let product dry in the tank for 2 days. Fill the tank with water and supervise for several days to ensure there are no leaks.
