- Reference: RFQ - N00244-07-T-0790 FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a request for quotation for the following: Item 0001: Delivery of consumable reamers, for aviation related repairs. (165) different items; Item 0002: Inventory control and bin stocking services; NAICS: 423840, business size 100 employees are applicable; This procurement is issued as restricted to small businesses A single award, firm fixed price requirement type purchase order is are anticipated to be awarded as a result of the RFQ. The Government is seeking quotations for domestic/qualifying country material only. Contractors selected for award will be evaluated on their capability to provide domestic material that meets the Government?s requirements and their ability to perform the inventory control and stocking services. Technical capability, past performance and price will be evaluated. The Government intends to issue the contract for a base year period and three one year options. Inspection and acceptance of all material and services will be performed at Destination. Delivery location is the FRC-SW, San Diego, CA 92135. Standard commercial packaging and marking will be required. On or about August 24, 2007 the formal RFQ and attachments will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil The RFQ (SF1449) will contain a detailed statement of work describing the Government?s requirements for delivery and services. File (1): An Excel spreadsheet containing the Line Items for each period. File (2): MSword document containing the Offeror?s Past Performance Data Sheet Offer submission: Contractors will be required to submit all offer information in an electronic format. The following file formats will be accepted: MS Excel, MS Word, PDF file format; These files may be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email.
