Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number TGT-32020-08-0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for fourteen (14) parking spaces for the period October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The parking spaces are located in the Headquarters Division building and reserved for special agents only, available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week throughout the year. The spaces are located within close proximity of the office allowing for quick and easy access to respond to emergencies and other case-related investigative activities. The additional fees for the reserved parking spaces ensure availability each day for special agents to quickly enter and exit when necessary. Otherwise, without reserved spaces, the vehicles are parked via valet service. Law enforcement vehicles must not be left unsecured. The keys to the vehicles may not be left with the parking attendants due to sensitive enforcement equipment installed in the vehicles. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of 1125 15th Street, Washington, DC. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (2006), applies to this acquisition. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Feb 2007) 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Jun 2003) 52.222-3 Convict Labor (June 2003) 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities (Feb 1999) 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (Apr 2002) 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities (Jun 1998) 52.225-13 Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases (Feb 2006) 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003) NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE.
