Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE/WAREHOUSE SPACE IN THE MADISON METROPOLITAN AREA, WI REQUIREMENT: The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in the Madison, Wisconsin metropolitan area. This request is a Solicitation for Offers for lease GS-05B-18037 consisting of approximately 6,900 rentable square feet (6,000 usable) for an Agency of the Federal Government. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,760 usable square feet of warehouse space and 2,240 usable square feet of office space, available for use by agency personnel, furnishings, equipment, and laboratory space. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: Madison Metropolitan Area, WI. Area bounded by: State Hwy 151 on the North State Highway 12, 18 on the South Interstate Highway 39, 90, 94, on the East State Highway 51 on the West Due to a soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate proposals for leased locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move all data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY, may submit properties for review and inspection. Submission of properties must be received no later than 4PM CST on 08/24/2007.
