- Description
- The Federal Government has a requirement to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 6,400 BOMA rentable square feet. The space must be contiguous on one floor, preferably ground floor space. Rentable space must yield 6,400 of BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for storage of equipment. Only existing buildings will be considered. The requested facility must meet the following requirements: 1. The facility must be located 4 miles outside of Peterson Air Force Base west gate. The space must have a dock or overhead door for loading and unloading purposes. Four loading bays with the ability to accommodate 28 foot delivery vehicles. This facility will be accepting deliveries on a bi-weekly basis. 2. Must have 6 offices, 2 restrooms each for both male and female personnel. 3. This facility must have 3 phase a/c power which is required for a battery operated forklift. 4. The facility must be already hard wired with T1 internet connectivity. This is a mandatory requirement as the personnel occupying the building must have access to the intranet as well connectivity to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. 5. The facility must have over 4200 square feet of warehouse space. Office space to accommodate 4 to 7 personnel and be available for occupancy no later than August 1, 2007. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the USAF. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
