Description

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Regional Mission to Central Asia (USAID/CAR), is seeking proposals to provide the services described in the attached Request for Proposals. Any type of commercial, not-for-profit or educational institution may submit offers for this contract, with or without a fee. However, a fee will not be paid if an advance payment method is approved for a not-for-profit or educational institution. If you decide to submit a proposal, it must be presented in accordance with the attached solicitation and received no later than 10:00 a.m., local Almaty, Kazakhstan, time on the Closing Date indicated on the Cover Page of the RFP at the place indicated in Section L.5 of the RFP. Proposals and modifications thereof, should be submitted with the name, street address, telephone number, internet e-mail address of a point-of-contact who is an authorized agent of the offeror and Request for Proposal Number inscribed thereon.
