Description
NSN 1620-00-168-5605, PR IQC07225009011, SPM4A7-07-R-1569. This item is a Support, Landing Gear. This is a Source Control Item to Bell Helicopter Co, CAGE: 97499. Drawing 209-030-374 Rev ?C?, Dated 12 May 78. P/N: 209-030-374-1. Approved Source: Chem-Fab Corp, CAGE: 3H339. Triumph Fabrications ? Hotsprings Inc., CAGE: 3H339, P/N: 209-030-374-1. First Article / Reproduction Contractor Testing Required. First Article Testing Sample shall be conducted on One Item in accordance with referenced drawings and drawing notes, specifications, and specific requirements set forth in the contract. Configuration Control Applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is a total of 257 days ARO, including First Article Production and Testing, Report Approval and the Production Lead Time. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 147 is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 1,176. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 588. This is solicited on an unrestricted basis, other than full & Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. Surge and Sustainment are required. The solicitation issue date is September 3, 2007. The closing date is October 3, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
