Description: Plans and specificaitons for this project will be available for download at www.fbo.gov on or after 07/05/2007. The work consists of construction of a new modular office for the Bald Mountain Heliport (approximately 1600 square feet). Construction includes the installation of the modular office on the Bald Mountain Heliport. Estimated Contract Time: 180 days. Government Estimate: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pre-Bid tour information will be addressed in Solicitation and available when posted. This project is located on the Mi-Wok Ranger District of the Stanislaus National Forest. The site is reached via Highway 108, via Forest Road 3N41Y to the Bald Mountain Heliport. The site is approximately 25 miles northeast of Sonora, CA.
