- The Federal Correctional Institution Milan, Michigan, has a requirement of 12,789 bags of water softener, Dura Cubes only, no dyes dirt or additives full truck loads only. The solicitation will be available on or after August 20, 2007 and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is September 17, 2007. The solicitation is set aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contract for which they are eligible.
