- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the US Milit ary Observer Group-Washington is issuing this solicitation for Basic Off-Road Driving Training services. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside NAICS:611692, size standard $6.5M. Responses should be quoted in accordance with the SF1449 f ound on CCEs Homepage http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-T-0164 titled Off-Road Driving School . The period of performance for this effort is a twelve (12) months. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FA R) clauses and provisions pertaining to this requisition are listed in the solicitation document. Responses to this RFQ must be signed, dat ed, and received via electronic mail by 24 August 2007 no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
