Description: The Fish and Wildlife intends to award a modification to an existing purchase order for the collection of samples from sea ducks in Unalaska Bay and Izembek Lagoon, which is included in the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge. Live birds will be captured using floating mist nets and decoys. Blood samples, oral and cloacal swabs and fecal material will be collected from Steller's eiders and harlequin ducks. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued.
