Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. Q3000070463 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 493190; the size standard is $23 million dollars in average annual receipts over 3 years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-18. This procurement is open to small business sized concerns only.
